DETOX {Day 21}

I made it through my four day stretch!!  To say I’m happy is an understatement 🙂

It was another busy night at work yesterday.  Every unit seemed super busy and there were quite a few stressed out employees.


5:15 am — smoothie, 1/4 cup cashews

7:45 am — small crumbs left in the tortilla chip bag (probably about 1/2 cup…I ate them with a spoon…which SO reminds me of my dad…he does the same thing to make sure not to waste any food!)

Ride home — 1/4 cup almonds, apple

Dinner — roasted veggies (sweet potato with onion, carrots, asparagus)

Snack — it’s going to be popcorn!

I can’t wait to just sit on the couch tonight and veg out watching some shows, all the while knowing I won’t have to get up at 10:10 pm and get ready for work 🙂
