I can’t believe we are 2/3 of the way through October! Crazy how fast the time is going.
My second night of work was not too bad. Thankfully I got less sleepy in the morning because I was more rested.
Eats…
5 am — (late today)…smoothie (blackberries, banana, soy milk, spinach), 1/4 cup almonds
Ride home — 1/4 cup cashews, apple
It was a little chilly this morning so you better believe the seat warmer was on…BEST DECISION EVER!!
Dinner — chili (with pinto and small red beans, diced tomatoes, potatoes), pumpkin seeds after
Snack — will be popcorn again!, with an apple
I seriously cannot believe I’ve been doing this cleanse for 19 days. I haven’t had bread or dairy or caffeine or sugar for 19 DAYS! Wow.
