Oh my last night on at work was a tough one. The main reason was because I got SOOO tired during the night. I was working a shift with my co-worker so it just makes it more difficult when I am tired. I can’t really make a decision to do whatever I want to fight off the tiredness like I would if I was on my own. The no caffeine was really hard. I was so, so glad to get home and hop into bed.
Eats:
12 am — 1/4 of a smoothie
3 am — rest of the smoothie and 1/4 cup almonds
6:15 am — carrots/celery with hummus
Ride home — apple, 1/4 cup cashews
Dinner — leftover enchiladas, banana with almond butter
Snack — popcorn, apple
It was INCREDIBLY nice to have the night off…no rushing off at 10:10 pm to get ready for work!! We spent the night on the couch watching a few episodes of The Fosters…I’m sad to say that we are almost done with season one.
