1st day of detox…and I have to say I feel pretty good (reminder…detox — no alcohol, no caffeine, no dairy, no eggs, no gluten, no added sugar)
I had to work last night so I was a little nervous about the not being able to take my caffeine pill, but thankfully it was busy and I got through the night (although I have to say I was VERY tired when I got home and pretty much just talked with Kimm for a brief bit and then hit bed immediately).
Food:
At work — 1/4 cup almonds, an apple, 1/4 cup cashews
Driving home from work — an apple
Before bed — spoonful of almond butter
Dinner — chili with onions, small red beans and pinto beans, a tangerine and a spoonful of almond butter
Snack tonight — (will be) popcorn, blueberry green tea
Ahh…I have to hurry and hop in the shower to get ready for watching our shows tonight…The Fosters and an episode of Gilmore Girls. Then another day of work (two more only!)
