Geesh, how did I get FIVE blog posts behind??

I guess I was busy, but when I think back, I mostly say to myself…”What DID I do that day!?” 🙂

Anyways, I have 15 minutes before I have to hop in the shower to get ready for work today and SIX blog posts to write.  Can it be done?

The big news for today is that I weighed in again (one week after returning to healthy eating) and…

I’m down 2.2 pounds!!!! (only 2.6 pounds away from my low at the beginning of August).

After looking at my goals (being at a certain weight at the end of October for a friend’s wedding) I do have to adjust.

My new goal is to lose 8 pounds  by the end of October.  That will be a total of 25 pounds gone since the beginning of April if I’m able to do it.

Until then I will be weighing in weekly to try to keep on top of things.

I  have motivation again 🙂
