St. Patty’s Day Tradition–Big Bad Bollucks

Thursday, March 17, 2011

Another year, another St. Patrick’s Day, another Big Bad Bollucks show.

It’s the simple things 🙂

We headed out to Northampton about 5:15 pm and got a sweet parking spot.  Got to Iron Horse at about 6 pm.

Lovely dinner of appetizers–seasoned fries (seriously some of the best!) and nachos with cheese, salsa and sour cream (oh yeah baby).  Drinks–Sam Adams for Kimm, Hootchie Coo Margarita for me (made with some sour blue drink that was quite tasty).  Dessert–creamy, cheesecake with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.  Belly–VERY happy.

Show was great.  Played a great mix of Irish songs.  Crowd was a little thin this year, but that’s fine by me.

A great, relaxing night.

However, I can’t believe I spent $63!!!

(it was worth it!)

Got home before midnight.

Kimm was sporting a puffy eye from being elbowed in the face.

Bed never felt so good 🙂

Can’t wait for next year.
