Friday already??
Did I really have three days off??
I guess I did. They were just busy is all…but better to be busy than not!
Anyways, today is about prepping for the weekend, since I have to work…laundry mostly. Thankfully I was able to sleep VERY GOOD last night, probably because I slept so horrible the night before!
Picked some cherry tomatoes from the garden this morning…LOVE fresh produce.
Speaking of fresh produce…I feel like we are drowning in it…not a bad thing, just always thinking about how to use it before it goes bad…I am loving the reduced produce at Stop and Shop…yesterday while grocery shopping I got a huge container of cherry tomatoes for only 79 cents…that’s crazy cheap. Also a few yellow squash for only 79 cents. A BAG of limes (I think about 6-8) for only 49 cents!! A pound of strawberries for 99 cents!!!! CRAZY good…and even though it is reduced, a lot of this produce is still good…I want to buy it all, but we wouldn’t be able to eat it all…I feel bad knowing that much of it will go to waste. So sad.
But we are eating good!
Time to fold the laundry soon…

Favorite apple dessert…Apple Pie Dump Cake! I have a random can of apple filling in my cupboards that I haven’t known WHAT to use in, and now I have the perfect dessert! Totally reminds me of fall…I can’t wait!
Favorite hostess gift…Gift wrapping bread…I LOVE IT!!! The homemade bread, the patterned, and always useful!, kitchen towel…what a cute package
